A striking white pear in relief, textured in very soft tones and outlined in gold. Painted in vibrant colors, it appears to be dissolving on the lower left side, trailing towards the background. The stem, also in relief, is painted with the same vivid tones as the stain that fell onto the pear, almost by accident. The background is surprising, an imitation of rough cement with its markings and partial highlights.
