3z2 The Eclipse and Consciousness 80x60

A work inspired by Dan Brown’s book *The Last Secret*. It features a semi-abstract style in earth tones, accented by brushstrokes of pink-fuchsia, blue, and green. Two figures—rendered in black outlines and appearing almost ghostly—inhabit an imaginary landscape alongside black lines that appear and vanish. Meanwhile, a white form representing consciousness detaches from the ground and begins to ascend, even as a solar eclipse alters the scene and unsettles the figures. The artist closely follows recent developments and studies attempting to demonstrate that consciousness exists outside the physical body and connects us to the universe.
